Secure Storage
We take the security of your records very seriously. FACS Records Center provides the following forms of security at our records management facilies:
Physical
- The FACS facility, constructed in 2002, is secured in tandem with local police and fire department and is centrally monitored 24/7
- Closed circuit TV surveillance
- Motion sensors
- UV light beams
- Door contacts
- Fire suppression system conforming to current code, zoned and monitored
- Vehicles loaded/unloaded indoors and equipped with with fire extinguishers and cellular phones
System
- Boxes are anonymous within the system
- Random location of boxes
- External identification is a barcode label and account number
- Authorization codes restrict access
Personnel
- Drug screened
- Background checked
- Hired for attitude, trained for skill
- Trained on security procedures
