We have all experienced that immediate, vital request for information that just can?t wait for the physical delivery of an important document. That?s why we offer Scan-On-Demand.

You notify us of your need and we?ll retrieve your document from our storage center, scan it, and e-mail your digitally scanned documents to your desktop within minutes. FACS Records Center is always on call Monday through Friday to scan your documents between 7:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.

Working late or on the weekend? Just send us an e-mail, fax, or leave a voice mail message and we?ll fill your Scan-On-Demand request immediately the next business day. We want your records in your hands when you need them. We understand.
