We have all experienced that immediate, vital request for information that just can't wait for the physical delivery of an important document. That's why we offer Scan-On-Demand.

You notify us of your need and we'll retrieve your document from our storage center, scan it, and e-mail your digitally scanned documents to your desktop within minutes, or your scanned documents can be down loaded from our secure website. FACS Records Center is always on call Monday through Friday to scan your documents between 7:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.

Working late or on the weekend? Just send us an e-mail, fax, or leave a voice mail message and we'll fill your Scan-On-Demand request immediately the next business day. We want your records in your hands when you need them. We understand.
