There is nothing more frustrating than trying to find a file you need that?s located somewhere in an unorganized storage area full of records. FACS Records Center utilizes state-of-the-art software that incorporates bar code technology to track the storage location of individual files and records managed in our facilities.

We can tell you if a record or box has been previously retrieved and give you the date and time of delivery, who requested it, and the person who signed for it. Our bar coded retrieval system facilitates fast, accurate refiles in the box they came from and our database software maintains an auditable history of each time a box has been accessed.

Scan-on-Demand File Service
We have all experienced that immediate, vital request for information that just can?t wait for the physical delivery of an important document. That's why we offer "Scan-On-Demand" for your convenience.

Just notify us of your need and we'll retrieve your document from our storage center, scan it, and e-mail your digitally scanned documents to your desktop within minutes. FACS Records Center is always on call to scan your documents between 7:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and afterhours requests will be handled on the next business day.
