Bar code scans have a 1 in 2,000,000 chance of error in reading the labels and allow us to track every container from the time it is picked up through to confidential destruction, and every step in between.

Each bar code scan identifies the employee scanning, date, time, and location that the box was accessed. This system allows you to see the activity history of a record or block of records has been used to to have an auditable trail of useage. This information is especially useful to be able to validate in today's litigious atmosphere.
